Will I get a reprint or a refund if my order is wrong?
Where the work is faulty, damaged in transit or not what you ordered, we will reprint it, repair it or refund you in whole or in part. Which one is at our discretion and depends on the nature of the problem.
What we cover
| Problem | What we do |
|---|---|
| Faulty work | Reprint, repair or refund, in whole or in part |
| Damaged in transit | Reprint or refund |
| Not what you ordered | Reprint, repair or refund, in whole or in part |
| Never arrived | Recover or reprint the items at no charge |
| An error that came from our production process | We agree a remedy with you |
If we reprint
Reprints are prioritised.
If we refund
You choose how the refund is paid: as store credit, or back to your original payment method.
How to start
We need to see the problem first. Photographs are usually enough. If we need the goods back, we arrange the collection and pay for it. Follow the steps in How do I report a problem with my order?.
If you are a consumer
Nothing here affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. You have a short-term right to reject goods that are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described, and rights to repair, replacement or a price reduction after that.
What does not qualify
Some things are not faults, such as errors in artwork you approved. See What is not covered by a claim?.
The full wording is in section 4 of our Returns Policy.
