Opening an account, how ordering works and what happens after you order.
- How do I open a Printlogik account? Register at printlogik.co.uk/account/register and set your password from the link we email. We review every new account before it is approved.
- How does ordering from Printlogik work, start to finish? Choose a product, pick a turnaround, upload your artwork and pay at checkout. We check the file, print it and send it by courier.
- What happens after I place an order? A person checks your artwork, your order goes into production, and we email you a tracking link when it is dispatched by courier.
- How do I get help from a person at Printlogik? Email support@printlogik.co.uk or call 01332 890 222, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. We reply within 2 working days.
