Account, invoices and VAT
Invoices, VAT on print, charity discount and your personal data.
- What rate of VAT is charged on print? Leaflets, flyers, brochures and booklets are zero-rated. Most other products, including business cards and posters, are charged at 20%.
- How do I get a VAT invoice for my order? A VAT invoice is emailed to you automatically. If you need a copy, email support@printlogik.co.uk with your order number.
- Do charities get a discount? Yes. Registered charities get 10% off. Email support@printlogik.co.uk with your registered charity number and we apply it to your account.
- How do I set my password or change my account details? You set your password from the link we email after you register; it expires after 24 hours. To reset it, use the Forgot password link on the login page.
- How do I see, correct or delete the data you hold about me? Email dpo@printlogik.co.uk. We respond within one month, at no charge in normal circumstances.
- How do I change my cookie settings? Use the Cookie Settings link in the footer of printlogik.co.uk, or the button at the bottom of our Cookie Policy page.
