My order arrived damaged - what should I do?

Photograph the damage and email support@printlogik.co.uk with your order number as soon as you reasonably can. Damage in transit is ours to resolve, not yours.

What to do

  1. If the parcel is visibly damaged when it arrives, note it with the courier where you can.
  2. Take photographs of the packaging and of the damaged items. We may ask for photographs of several samples.
  3. Email them to support@printlogik.co.uk with your order number and a short description.
  4. Keep the order. We may ask you to hold on to it for up to 30 days for inspection.

Photographs are usually enough. If we need the goods back, we arrange the collection and pay for it.

Aim to tell us within 7 days of delivery, while the courier’s records are still available.

What we do

Your order remains our responsibility until it is delivered to you. We use couriers as our contractors and do not pass their failures on to you. Where work is damaged in transit, we reprint or refund in line with our Returns Policy. See Will I get a reprint or a refund if my order is wrong?.

What is not covered

  • Damage caused after delivery by storage, handling or use.
  • Orders where you arranged your own collection or courier. Risk passes to you when the goods leave our premises.

The full wording is in section 8 of our Shipping Policy and section 4 of our Returns Policy.
