How do I cancel ActWidget?

You can cancel at any time. Tell us, and we stop the Direct Debit so that no further payments are taken. Use the contact form or email support@printlogik.co.uk.

What happens after you cancel

Payments	No further payments are taken
Your plan	Runs to the end of the month or year you have already paid for
ActWidget on your site	Removed after that
Payments already taken	Not refunded

Refunds

Payments already taken are not refunded. That means a yearly plan is not refunded part-way through the year. It keeps running until the end of the year you paid for.

There is no fixed term, so on a monthly plan you can stop from one month to the next.

Your website afterwards

ActWidget does not change your site’s own code, so once it is removed your site is as it was before. See Does ActWidget slow down my site or change my code?
