Do you deliver outside the UK?

Yes. International delivery is quoted case by case, so contact us and tell us what you need and where it is going. We do not give a standard delivery time for orders outside the UK.

Tracking

Tracking is included as standard on international shipments. We email it to you on dispatch.

Cost

Deliveries outside the UK take longer and carry additional charges. We quote each one case by case.

Customs duties and import taxes

Your order may attract customs duties, import taxes or handling fees in the destination country.

• They are set by that country, not by us.
• They are payable by the recipient.
• They are not included in our prices or shipping charges.
• We cannot predict or refund them.

We recommend checking with your local customs authority before you order.

We cannot mark shipments as gifts or under-declare their value.

VAT

Organisations outside the UK may be subject to different VAT rates.

Customs delays

Customs inspections are outside our control. If one holds up your order we will tell you promptly and keep you updated.
