How much does it cost to have my artwork fixed or set up?
An artwork fix or setup costs £15-£20 an item. That is before VAT, which is added. It is for artwork you already have that is not ready to print as it stands.
How it differs from the free check

The check tells you what is wrong. The fix is us putting it right. You are always free to correct the file yourself and send it again.
Approving the fixed file
When we have prepared artwork for you, we send you the print-ready version by email to approve. You approve it by replying to that email. Check it carefully: once you sign it off, the content is your responsibility. See what signing off artwork means.
When a fix is not enough
A fix works with the design you supplied. If the artwork needs to be created or substantially redrawn - for example, you have a logo and some text but no layout - that is design work.
