What happens if my PrintPass payment fails?

If a Direct Debit payment fails, we may try to collect it again. No new credit is added until the payment has been collected.

If it stays unpaid

If the payment is still unpaid 14 days after it was due, we may cancel your subscription.

If you are inside a minimum term, any payments you owe for that term are still due. The late payment section of the Printlogik Terms and Conditions applies to them.

If you cancelled the Direct Debit at your bank

If you cancel your Direct Debit with your bank without telling us, we treat that as you cancelling your subscription. See How do I cancel PrintPass?

How payments are normally collected

  • Payments are collected by Direct Debit through GoCardless and are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
  • Your first payment is usually collected about a week after you set up the Direct Debit.
  • Later payments are collected on the same date each month, or each year on a yearly plan.
  • You are given at least three working days’ notice of any change to the amount or date of a payment.

GoCardless processes your bank details. We do not see or store them.

If a payment has failed and you want to put it right, contact us.

See section 7 of the PrintPass terms.
