When is my order confirmed?

Your order is confirmed when we send you an order confirmation or an invoice. That is the point at which there is a contract between us.

What happens before that

When you place an order you are making an offer to buy. All orders are subject to our acceptance.

To place an order you must be at least 18 and legally able to enter into a contract.

What confirmation means for you

  • The order is firm from the date of confirmation.
  • The terms of the order cannot be changed without our written agreement.
  • Your order confirmation or quotation gives the production time for your job.
  • Cancelling after confirmation is not free. See Can I cancel my order?.

Orders by email or phone

You do not have to order through the website. Unless you have told us otherwise in writing beforehand, an order confirmed by email or on a recorded phone call also forms a contract.

The full wording is in sections 2 and 3 of our Terms and Conditions.

If you have placed an order and are not sure whether it has been confirmed, contact us with the details.
