What if my order is delivered later than I expected?

On average, 97% of our orders arrive on time, but occasionally an order is not delivered within the specified turnaround time. There are several reasons why this could be. These reasons could include the following:

Your delivery address

Certain delivery addresses take longer to deliver to. If you are unsure, you can view this information in our Delivery and Postcode information article. It's also important to note that shipments outside the UK will take longer to arrive and can occasionally get stuck in customs.

Delays in transit

Sometimes couriers can experience unexpected delays within their network; as such, they may need to update your delivery date, which can lead to delays. It's important to note that Printlogik is not financially responsible for delays due to a carrier. However, we will always do our best to help you by liaising with the carrier and assisting in any way we can to get your order delivered as fast as possible. To avoid this potential issue, we would suggest ordering your products before they are required.

Your artwork was not approved before that day's cut-off time

If your artwork does not meet the required specifications on our site, it can lead to delays. If your artwork has not been rectified before that day's cut-off time for our print runs, it will automatically be scheduled for the next run. It's important to check your emails regularly so any concerns can be rectified and not lead to further delays.

Your order has been delayed in production due to an unexpected situation

We will notify you immediately if there are any delays within our production lines. We will do our best to make sure your order arrives on time. If your order is more than a day late, please let us know as soon as possible, and we will offer a partial refund or credit note for your account. We always aim to make things right.
